Weekly Backups

We will make a full backup copy of your VPS each week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any key info. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup copy really quickly. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got you covered.

And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Managed Services offer, which enables you to demand any of our competent server administrators to install any software program and to solve any problem that you’re having with the VPS.
